This includes a free initial meeting with the couple, and then as much or as little assistance in the planning and organizing of the wedding day as you choose. This may involve meeting with vendors, visiting possible venues, aiding in the construction of a monthly schedule and wedding day schedule, as well as many other areas.

The wedding coordinator will also be at the rehearsal dinner and ceremony, and all day on the wedding day. An assistant to the wedding coordinator will be present on the wedding day at no cost to the couple. Ideally, this is for the couple who are in the beginning stages of planning their wedding.

Expense: 10% of total estimated wedding cost (minimum $1000).
